We keep a working copy until you confirm you have everything, usually no longer than 30 days after you pick it up, then we delete it. We look at your files only as far as the job needs.

When it needs a lab

Some drives need a clean room.

A drive that clicks, grinds or won't spin has to be opened in a clean room. We don't have one, so we send you to one of two national labs we partner with. You work with the lab directly. Give them our code for a discount.

If a drive is clicking or grinding, turn it off. Running it can make it worse.

The lab gives you the discount and pays us a referral fee. Their prices and terms are their own.
